Our excellent Project Management Services can take our customers from pre-study all the way to implementation and support!

If you need a Project Manager to drive your transition, we can send a consultant to your company to drive the change according to your set scope, budget, and time requirements. All our Project Managers are certified and have many years of experience. We can follow your methods and processes if this is a requirement. If our clients feel like they need support in methodology, processes and templates, we can bring PPS (Practical Project Steering) or PRINCE2 with us as well as our iterative development model.

NetNordic’s Project Models

NetNordic drives most Projects according to PPS or PRINCE2 depending on the project size. However, we are always able to adapt to our customer’s preferred model since we know that our customers have specific needs and wishes. This includes but is not limited to SAFE, PROPS and PERT.

PPS (Practical Project Steering)

NetNordic’s Project Management is built on PPS and an iterative development model. This allows us to adapt to our clients Project and Delivery models in the best way possible. We can, however, bring our chosen Project Model (PPS) with it when resourcing a project. NetNordic applies the project management model Practical Project Steering (Praktisk Projektstyrning, PPS). PPS is a project management model developed based on practical application, ensuring user friendliness, easy accessibility, and adaptability to the unique size, conditions, and requirements of each project. The preparation phase is initiated before the Agreement is signed. Any changes to the preparation phase may affect Scope, Budget, or Time and will need to be managed in a Change Management Forum. Execution takes place according to the scope, budget and time agreed in the Agreement, where each milestone according to PPS is approved by the steering group. Conclude handover to the line where what has been agreed is to be handed over to both the Customer’s and NetNordic’s line organizations. This is done according to the contractual project and delivery objectives.

PRINCE2

Quality is a key concept for NetNordic, and quality characterizes our deliveries. In practice, this means quality focus at all levels, every day, right down to the individual employee. We therefore continuously invest to improve the quality of services and deliveries, in expertise, processes and systems. One of many measures is certifications, which costs to achieve and which we must continuously strive to maintain. NetNordic is certified according to the standard Management systems for quality: ISO 9001:2015. This means that our customers can expect high quality when we realize agreed deliveries in the sense that there is consistency between what is promised and what is realized. NetNordic has extensive experience with project deliveries carried out according to a structured methodology based on Project Wizard (DigDir) and PRINCE2 with well-documented and well-established processes, as well as certified employees. A delivery project is organized by scope and complexity in each case.

Different types are used where we can deliver a comprehensive project that continuously reports to the customer, or a subproject that is included as an element in a customer’s own project. Whenever needed the Contractor will adapt its project methodology to how its best suited to the Customer and project at hand. The framework chosen is based on the complexity and size of the project in combination with the factor of software development and its use of agile methodologies towards working in sprints. For both types, NetNordic can staff all roles required to organize the project according to PRINCE2 and ITIL that includes expertise in our products and services. Our methodology in the form of documented processes and document templates is used to the extent appropriate.
