We work in social policy, union policy and interest policy, and are the second largest union in Unio. Unio is a main organization for university and college graduates, with members from 13 different unions.

Stable and flexible customer service center
The Norwegian Nurses’ Association wanted a stable and flexible customer service center, switchboard, and collaboration solution with predictable costs, delivered from the cloud.

The customer center has provided a switchboard with contact center functionality for 25 agents. The delivery includes:

- The switchboard service is provided with mobile and Skype for Business integration
- 25 fully integrated video endpoints for meeting rooms distributed across all counties in the country
- Video services that allow traditional video endpoints to participate in Skype meetings
- Integration with the intranet to display statistics on video usage
- UC Analytics: statistics for video, Skype, and network
- All services are delivered from NetNordic’s data center, including operational and support agreements.
