We are a Nordic company
NetNordic was founded in 2001 and has over the years grown both organically and through acquisitions. NetNordic consists of the parent company NetNordic Group AS and the subsidiaries NetNordic Norway AS, NetNordic Sweden AB, NetNordic Denmark A/S, and NetNordic Finland OY.
In the year 2023, NetNordic had a turnover (proforma) of 2.7 billion NOK.
Norvestor
The main shareholder in NetNordic Group is Norvestor (private capital), with approximately 60% of the shares, while the other shares are owned by the employees. Norvestor is a private equity firm which for over three decades has partnered with Nordic businesses focusing on lower mid-market buyouts in the Nordic region. The team has worked together since 1991 making it one of the most experienced private equity teams in the Nordics, having executed 71 investments with >250 add-on acquisitions, in addition to executing 50 exits, including 15 IPOs. The Fund seeks to invest in growth companies in the Nordic mid-market that have the potential to achieve a leading Nordic or international position, typically through organic growth, acquisitions across fragmented industries or by geographic expansion.
