We have delivered NetNordic Care to the response center at the emergency room in Stjørdal municipality – a platform used by employees, relatives, and operators.

Seamless solution
NetNordic Care is a holistic welfare platform for municipalities and municipal cooperation, combining safety solutions for nursing homes, care homes, and home-based care services.
The Værnes region wanted users, relatives, and employees in the municipalities to have access to secure, relevant, and effective safety-creating welfare technology.
They desired a comprehensive and seamless solution that could integrate with other solutions and existing digital safety alarms.
The Solution by NetNordic
We provide the NetNordic Care welfare solution to Værnes Response, which handles alerts from 650 residents in 5 municipalities in the Værnes region. Alerts come in through fall alarms, fire alarms, jewelry, or buttons triggered by users.
The solution consists of a response center where employees receive alerts about what the alarm pertains to and where they need to respond.
We have also performed integrations with the municipalities’ patient journal systems, shift solutions, and personnel systems. This allows the response center to access the journal of the patient calling in, enabling them to relay important information to the staff member responding to the patient.
The response center also has an overview of the positioning of both users and staff, and is alerted when the technical equipment of users has low battery.
Multiple User Interfaces
NetNordic has developed a mobile application with several user interfaces, integrated into the solution. Relatives receive alerts when a family member has fallen, staff are informed about who and where to respond, and technical personnel are notified of technical faults or low battery on the solution.
The mobile application is also linked to applications such as e-keys from the municipality’s access control system and the shared catalog for medication lookup, to streamline the workday.
Nearly 100% Uptime
The NetNordic Care Response Center solution is delivered as a service from two geo-redundant data centers. This ensures nearly 100% uptime.
Alerts are handled by healthcare personnel at the Response Center, available 24/7/365.
We have had a good collaboration with NetNordic in developing the service to ensure that all our requirements are met, and we are very satisfied with the delivery.
