NetNordic strengthens its position in Sweden through the acquisition of IT-Total
The combination of NetNordic and IT-Total strengthens our capabilities in secure managed services, cloud and cybersecurity, providing customers with broader expertise, increased capacity and access to a stronger Nordic delivery platform.
NetNordic has signed an agreement to acquire IT-Total, a leading Swedish provider of secure, AI-enabled managed IT services, cloud services, consulting and IT solutions. The acquisition represents an important step in NetNordic’s continued growth in Sweden and further strengthens NetNordic§ Group’s position as an independent Nordic provider of secure infrastructure and business-critical IT solutions and services.
IT-Total has approximately 120 employees and a strong position among Swedish organizations with demanding requirements for managed services with a core focus of security, cloud, availability and regulatory compliance. IT-Total complements NetNordic’s existing expertise across AI-enabled cybersecurity, cloud, networks and critical communication.
For customers, the combination means access to a broader competence base, increased delivery capacity and a wider portfolio of secure infrastructure and managed services. At the same time, it enables services built on data sovereignty and cloud enablement as fundamental elements of our competence and delivery. The collective strength of our AI competence will also be a key factor in delivering AI-enabled sovereign infrastructure and advisory services.
An important principle behind the acquisition is to preserve what has made both companies successful. Strong customer relationships, deep technical competence, high service quality and local presence will continue to be fundamental to our future success.
“IT-Total brings excellent capabilities within managed services and cloud, a strong customer-oriented culture and a highly competent organization. Combined with NetNordic’s already substantial business in Sweden and broader Nordic capabilities, we will be able to help customers with an even wider range of secure and business-critical AI-enabled IT services. We are impressed by the development of IT-Total and the future potential is strong,” saysJarl Øverby, CEO, NetNordic Group.
“NetNordic and IT-Total share the same commitment to competence, customer intimacy and quality. Together, we can build an even stronger offering for our customers while retaining the culture and relationships that have made IT-Total successful,” says Fredrik Rosencrantz, CEO in IT-Total.
NetNordic and IT-Total have highly complementary capabilities. IT-Total strengthens NetNordic particularly within Managed Services and Cloud, two areas that are increasingly important as organizations modernize their IT environments, while facing higher requirements for security, resilience and compliance.
