Fiarone is a leading security operation center (SOC) provider in Finland. Through the acquisition, both Fiarone and NetNordic will strengthen their competence and capacity to deliver market leading security services in the Nordic market.

With this acquisition NetNordic increases its position in the Finnish market and strengthens the groups capabilities in the Nordics.
Fiarone has 32 employees, located in Turku and Espoo, Finland. Estimated revenue for 2021 is EUR 2.1 million. The shareholders in Fiarone are reinvesting in NetNordic and will continue to focus on developing the business in Finland and the Nordics.
