NetNordic acquires WestNet – strengthens competence in strategic verticals

NetNordic fulfills an important role as a system integrator in the Nordics with a focus on business-critical solutions and services. Our deep knowledge within the areas of security, network, and collaboration, in combination with our high-level expertise of system- and infrastructure, makes us very relevant for our large and medium-sized customers within the entire Nordic region.

WestNet is a business that has developed a solid platform, built on culture, competence, and customer relevance. NetNordic delivers and operates security, network, and collaboration solutions for large and medium-sized businesses. With the acquisition of WestNet, NetNordic makes its eighteenth acquisition since the year 2015. NetNordic is owned 70% by Norvestor, while the rest is controlled by the company’s own employees.
