RanTek becomes a part of NetNordic – we are stronger together!

NetNordic has acquired 100% of RanTek, a leading IT solutions provider within network optimization, cybersecurity, datacenter and backup.

The acquisition will strengthen both RanTek’s and NetNordic’s position in the Nordic market, and the synergy between the companies’ competences will become a major focus area moving forward.

RanTek’s is a 100% focused Cross Technology Partner across the traditional technology platforms: Network, Cybersecurity, Storage and Backup, and the acquisition supports the ambition to deliver the best and most cost-effective IT-solutions and services to our customers. Simplified, automated and protected.

RanTek has 18 employees, all located in Randers, Denmark. The employees possess unique competences in several technology areas, and it is especially these competencies that will be the main focus, to both RanTek and NetNordic to further develop and benefit from.
