Sustainability in NetNordic

Sustainability

“NetNordic recognize climate change as one of our times most important matters”

Our planet is getting warmer, and if the planet continues to warm in the current pace, the impact on society will be catastrophic. Climate action to limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels is needed now. To reach this goal the Green House Gas (GHG) emissions must be reduced dramatically.

NetNordic work together with our customers and suppliers to reduce our emissions, and we strive to reach a 50% reduction of our total carbon footprint before 2030.

This includes Scope1, 2 and 3 according to GHG Protocol standard. In our annual sustainability report you can read more about our ambitions and the progress towards our goal.

Annual Sustainability Report

Sustainability is one of the most important and pressing themes of our age. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) are the three central factors in measuring the sustainability and ethical impact of a company. Read more in NetNordic’s Annual Sustainability Report 2023. The report is the result of an independent review by the ESG & Sustainability consulting firm MJ Hudson, commissioned and approved by the board and management of NetNordic.

The Openness Act Statement

In July 2022, the Openness Act entered into force and NetNordic as a company is therefore obliged to publish a statement related to this act. It is the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority that is responsible for following up that companies comply with the requirements of this law, including disclosure.
